After a long wait, we finally got to wear our uniforms!

Was glad that everyone of us managed to pass the emergency drills successfully.

Now all i pray for is that we are able to pass THE REST OF OUR TESTS with flying colours

Can’t wait to pack my luggage and be back in Singapore!

It was freaking crowded, even though it was only around 11 in the morning!

We spent like 1 hour on cosmetics, 1 hour on towels and 1 hour on black label.

How to have enough time to finish shopping at Shibuya in one day?!

Bought the Shu Uemura eyelashes! Much cheaper than those in Singapore of course

missing you under the same sky

there are lots to say but i just don’t know where to start.

i need to complain, need to scream, need to grumble.

but i know i shouldn’t.

it has been my decision, my choice all the while.

really hope that after this phase, my life will be smooth sailing.

i seriously cannot overcome more obstacles anymore.

i’m sure some people will start wondering why the hell am i complaining when i am in a country that everyone would die just t0 be here; the country where you can simply wear anything crazy and noone in the world will look at you, the country where you can shop till you go broke and still want to continue shopping; the country where you get clean toilets everywhere.

 i know.

but i miss singapore. i miss being with my friends, with my family, my dearest boyfriend.

however, i tell myself that this phase of my life is probably one of the most critical moment. the one phase that determines everything.

finally completed our emergency evacuation drill and water drill on Friday.

am glad that i did not disappoint myself although i failed to include certain procedures during the exercise, and also failed to shout the english command for the ditching drill.

i was so nervous i kept shouting, “Daijobu ochitsuite, daijobu ochitsuite,” for at least 6 times without adding ‘Stay calm, stay calm,” and did not even realise it until Jess, Jerlyn and Mandy told me.

And they on that spot immediately could tell that although i was screaming for people to stay calm, i myself was not CALM AT ALL.

hahaha. overall, the drill was exhilarating yet hilarious.

i will never forget the part where MISS JERLYN threw away the card indicating that door she was situated at was on fire. Really don’t know whether to laugh or cry.

Anyhows, i’m really glad it’s all over and all of us MADE IT

now, what we must do is to focus on our written emergency test on monday!

First week in JAPAN

As most of you might already know, i am now located in Japan, Narita.

I miss Singapore so so much.

Miss my family, my loving BF and friends, miss how easy it is to raise your arm and take a taxi if your feet hurts (taxi here costs a BOMB) and especially miss the FOOD! stingray, BBQ chix wings, steamboat. . .

It has been a week and i am still trying extremely hard to adapt to everything here.

Initially the other girls and i teared every single night. Knowing that once we step into our hotel room it will be ‘Me, myself and i’ hurts.

But i seriously believe that it will all be over soon and we will be laughing at how foolish one another are for ‘opening and closing the tap non-stop’.

Now all that i pray for is that time really flies

on the plane, after take off.

Finally, we arrived at MARROAD INTL HOTEL NARITA, about 20minutes ride from the airport.

DAY TWO:
We headed to the nearby shopping centre, AEON, 20minutes away from our hotel.

To my surprise, AEON was quite a large shopping mall. We were really excited to see DAISO, MATSUMOTO KIYOSHI- the pharmacy, a huge arcade, and many other interesting stores!!

They have this huge store that sell pet products and dogs too. Can’t help staying there for a longer time.
